CAST Water Safety Foundation (EIN: 83-1243277) is a Section 501(c)(3) private operating foundation. CAST does not own or operate individual swim businesses. CAST facilitates swim safety education, training and certification for new self-rescue instructors, as well as self-rescue swim lessons for children. All self-rescue swim lessons are contracted between the family and the individual self-rescue instructor. CAST disclaims any and all liability regarding self-rescue swim lessons and urges all swim families to read through program specific literature and waivers prior to beginning lessons.
